I'll be direct about this: not having a Toronto showroom isn't a limitation — it's a deliberate choice, and it benefits you.
No showroom rent means lower overhead. Retail jewellery store rent in downtown Toronto isn't cheap. The price you pay at a showroom partly covers that space. We don't have that cost. Our overhead is design time, stone sourcing, and production — and that's all you're paying for.

I source stones from multiple suppliers and find the specific combination of carat, cut, clarity, colour, and shape that matches your specifications — not your specifications filtered by what I happen to have in a display case.
Video consultation is more efficient. A 30-40 minute call with me covers everything a two-hour showroom visit covers, without the commute, the parking, and the sales environment. We're both more focused.
